Our database is user friendly. Each of our three main categories, YELLOW PAGES, WHITE PAGES and SERVICES, can be accessed from the left navigation buttons or from the text area of the home page. Once inside, you have access to a menu of sub-categories (from which you may choose whatever is of interest to you) and a search field .

Here are some hints and shortcuts to facilitate your searching:

WHITE PAGES:
You need to type a minimum of 4 characters of any part of the last name of the Greek resident you're looking for. As a result you'll get all the Greek names, that include those characters. (Example: if you're searching for Papas you'll get all the surnames beginning with Papas as well as surnames that have "Papas" as part of the name (Geropapas or Papaspyrou). To narrow down the search results, you may chose the city or district you are searching (by default, the database will search in all cities - our listing includes the greater Montreal areas only) and the telephone number (for a more specific and faster search - Do not type the area code).

YELLOW PAGES:
Each of the main categories will open to a menu of sub-categories to chose from. You may also use the search button by typing in at least 4 characters in the appropriate entry field (you may type any part of the Sub-category, company name or telephone number of the company you want to find). Make sure your cursor is in proper entry field (sub-category or company). Example: If the cursor is on the company entry field, type a minimum of 4 characters of company name, If you want to search for all the listings in a sub-category, then put the cursor on the sub-category entry field and type a min. of 4 characters. An error will appear if you are searching for a category instead of a sub-category. The (go Back) buttons take you back from each sub-category to main the menu of yellow section.

SERVICES:
Again in this database the user can either select the main category which will open to a sub-category menu, or search directly by typing minimum 4 characters of any of the entry fields (sub-category, name, telephone number or organization). If you want to use the search engines, make sure your cursor is at proper entry field (sub-category, organization name or telephone number), or a "not Found" error message will appear. Example: if cursor is at organization, type in a minimum of 4 characters of the organizations name or service you want to search. For the whole listing place cursor on sub-category and chose the proper section by either selecting it or typing. The (go Back) buttons take you back from each sub-category to the main menu of Services section.
